What we know from the original: Belgian-made chocolate decoration in the form of curls/shavings with a caramel flavour; pack size 50 g. Ingredients include sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole milk, dried whey, lactose, cocoa mass, emulsifier soya lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavouring, butter oil, colour paprika extract (E160c). Allergens: milk, soya. Storage: keep dry, protect from heat, store at 15–20 °C. Suggested uses: decorating cakes, slices, cupcakes, muffins, cheesecakes, creamy desserts, sundaes, mousses, ice cream, milkshakes, whipped-cream and caramel pastries, celebration desserts.

- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
