Dark chocolate Arabesque Noir 72%
Exceptional, dark chocolate made of selected cocoa beans. With a flavour of delicate aroma with hints of fruit and exotic spices. All based on the taste of selected cocoa beans. When working with it, it keeps excellent fluidity. Ideal for decorating, icing and coating.
Ideal for every kind of work with chocolate. Even for making buttercream and fillings. Excellent for making pralines, ganache, in combination with liqueurs. It also excels in combination with fruits.
Ideal for luxurious chocolate fountains or for ice cream with rich cocoa flavour. It is also popular for preparation of hot chocolate.
Ingredients: cacao min. 72%, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin (emulsifier E322), aroma.
Tempering:
- Heat up to 50°C (max!) leave to melt.
- Cool 2/3 of the melted chocolate to 28°C and add the remainder of the melted mix.
- Stir the mix continuously.
- Heat up again to a working temperature of 31-32°C.

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
