Important handling guidelines: The dish is highly sensitive to thermal shock, so avoid sudden temperature changes. Always place the dish on a rack to allow air circulation between the dish and the oven floor. Start with a cold dish in a cold oven before turning it on. Never place a hot dish on metal, stone, or tile surfaces; always use a wooden board. Allow the dish to cool gradually; never cool it down suddenly!
During baking, do not add cold water to the dish. If you wish to add water, ensure it is at least lukewarm or preferably warm to prevent thermal shock!
Note: Over time, small cracks may appear on the ceramic surface. This is normal and not a defect, thus not subject to warranty claims. When the dish becomes wet during use and washing, it may change color and darken; this is perfectly fine. The original color will return once the dish dries completely. This phenomenon is entirely natural for ceramic made from natural materials.
Warning: The dish can reach very high temperatures during baking, which may cause burns—always use proper protective gear when handling.
The dish is not dishwasher safe and can be used in gas, electric, and convection ovens.
