Inside, numbers are marked to show the diameter selected. Simply grease the mould with oil and flour and place it on baking paper on a flat baking tray. After baking, the casing can be filled with thicker cream, fruit, gelatine, etc. Once the filling has cooled and set, carefully cut off the sides and remove the mould by opening it. For this purpose, there are practical handles that ensure the desired shape thanks to the locking strap on the side.
After use, it can be washed in warm water and detergent. The mould is compact and can be stored in a drawer, where it will not take up as much space once it has shrunk. This product is ideal for anyone who wants to bake with professional results at home.
