Josef Maršálek
A master pastry chef who pursued his dream at the age of nineteen, becoming part of Europe's best culinary team for seven years, baking delights even for the English queen. He gathered experiences around the world – traveling through Europe and working in the best patisserie in India, before returning to the Czech Republic to establish his own company and create the most successful domestic baking show. He conducts courses, provides consultations for café and pastry shop owners, and through cookbooks filled with his favorite recipes, he shares various sweet secrets.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
