Josef Maršálek
Josef Maršálek, a master of the pastry craft, began his career at the age of nineteen when he decided to pursue his dream. Instead of a teaching career, he became a member of a prestigious culinary team in Europe, where he created delicacies for seven years, including for the British Queen. His pastry artistry led him to the best European patisseries and even to India, where he worked in a renowned patisserie.
After returning to the Czech Republic, he founded his own company and created the most successful Czech baking show. In addition, he conducts courses and consultations for pastry chefs and café owners, helping them enhance their businesses. Through his cookbooks, he shares his favorite recipes and secrets of the pastry craft that he has gathered throughout his rich career.

We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
