Josef Maršálek, a master of the pastry craft, decided to follow his dream at just nineteen. Instead of pursuing a teaching career, he joined one of Europe’s prestigious culinary teams, where for seven years he helped prepare delicacies—including for the British Queen. His pursuit of perfection took him to top pâtisseries across Europe and to India, where he worked in a renowned local patisserie. After years abroad, he returned to Czechia, founded his own company and created the country’s most successful baking show. He also runs courses, helps pastry shop and café owners improve their businesses, and shares proven recipes and sweet secrets through his cookbooks—skills and knowledge gathered throughout his remarkable career.

We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
