Introducing a market novelty! Create a balloon message tailored to your wishes :) We offer you the chance to assemble any message from balloons. Need your company name? The name of the guest of honor? A welcome home sign? Names of the engaged couple? All of this can be crafted from our balloon alphabet. You can arrange any message in three color variations: pink for girls, blue for boys, and white for a universal touch. Another advantage is that they can be inflated with air, so there's no need to buy expensive helium. While the balloon alphabet doesn't include accents or diacritics, you can easily solve this by purchasing matching colored markers to draw accents or commas by hand. The instructions for making a balloon message are simple - inflate the balloons with a hand pump, attach a colored ribbon or string to the end of the balloons, and simply tie a knot. The ribbon will be in the middle of your knot, allowing you to adjust the balloons to the left or right and arrange the balloon message into your desired design. You can also enhance your balloon garland with numbers or smileys, which have been popular in our e-shop for a while due to their air inflation feature. For indoor installations, you can use self-adhesive hooks that hold firmly and speed up the setup of your festive decoration. If you want to create balloon garlands, professional tape is available for preparing your balloon garland. While preparing your decoration, feel free to experiment with various color combinations in our configurator. Avoid placing balloon messages on sharp edges and plaster - balloons could burst.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.

How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?

  • If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
  • If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.

Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.

We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.

Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
