At our store, we are happy to fill your chosen balloon with helium, or you can choose from a wide range of helium-filled disposable containers. It's easy to use, and anyone can do it! Once filled, the balloon floats for about 7-10 days and can be refilled multiple times.
You can also inflate the balloon with air using a compressor, pump, straw, or hollow tube. With a diameter of 45 cm, it will be a striking decorative element at any construction party!
Inflate the balloon with helium or air. For helium, consider using our filling service or helium tanks available in-store. Enjoy the festive atmosphere it creates!
Store the balloon in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid sharp objects to maintain its integrity.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
