Lavender Balloons: In this section, we offer pastel balloons with a diameter of 27 cm. The volume of each balloon is 10 liters. You will find a total of 30 different colors available for decorating your party. All colors are readily available for immediate delivery. You can order starting from just 1 piece of any color. You can have your logo printed on the balloons or any text of your choice. We print small batches starting from 20 pieces. For more information about printing options, please refer to the "Promotional Balloons with Printing" section. Colorful balloons are perfect for decorating your party. A birthday celebration without balloons? Absolutely not! Balloons are a must for a proper birthday party. Want your balloons to float? You can purchase helium separately or buy a set of helium and balloons in your desired color.

To inflate the balloons, you can use air or helium. If you want them to float, helium is the best option. Make sure to tie them securely after inflation to prevent air from escaping.
Store the balloons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality and longevity. Ensure they are kept away from sharp objects to prevent any damage.

Didn't find the product quite right for you? Ordered too much, or the color shade isn't what you expected? No problem. Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
