Foil balloons inflated with air will last you several months without significant changes. In case you inflate a foil balloon with helium, you can count on a flying time of about 3-7 days, while the balloon flying is affected by the ambient temperature and the volume of the balloon itself. The balloon has a self-closing valve that prevents air or helium leakage immediately after inflation. When inflating with air, please use a hand pump or drinking straw.
The size of the balloons offered is 42 cm. Capacity 13 litres. ATTENTION!!! All foil balloons offered by us have a self-closing valve. In case of air inflation, inflate with a hand pump. After inflation, the balloons will self-close. It is also possible to continuously inflate them through the closable valve.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
