The package includes a ribbon, a straw for inflating the balloon, and an elegant white star-shaped weight. With a diameter of 46 cm, this balloon is the perfect centerpiece for any celebration. We are happy to fill it with helium at our store, but you can also take advantage of our wide range of disposable helium tanks for personal use. Filling it is easy and can be done by anyone!
A filled balloon will float for approximately 7 to 10 days and can be refilled multiple times. If helium is not available, the balloon can also be inflated with air using a compressor, pump, straw, or hollow straw.
Ideal for birthday parties, baby showers, or any festive occasion, simply inflate and enjoy the fun!
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the balloon's quality and appearance.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
