- Confetti is poured into an uninflated balloon and inflated with a hand pump.
- In order to create antistatic electricity and make the confetti stick to the balloon wall, you need to rub the inflated balloon with your palm or a soft cloth while shaking the balloon.
- The effect of sticking the confetti will be visible immediately.
We will also be happy to fill your chosen balloon with helium in our shop, or you can choose from our wide range of disposable helium-filled containers. We have helium balloons for your own use - the handling is easy and can be done by anyone !

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.

- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
