The set includes two bases and metal rods that provide a stable foundation for the star structure. All components are designed for reuse, meaning you can utilize the star arch for multiple events. A quick and easy assembly guide is also included, making it simple to set up the stand and attach the balloons, even for beginners.
Balloons are not included, but you can browse our complete selection of balloons on our website. The rental price for this unique decoration is 1499 CZK including VAT, with the option to rent for up to 3 days. A refundable deposit of 2000 CZK is required, which will be returned upon the return of the undamaged arch.

Thanks to our Free Returns Guarantee, you can return your shipment within the standard 14-day period from the date of delivery, completely free of charge once. It does not matter whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning only part of your order, or submitting a complaint.
How does the Free Returns Guarantee work?
- If you are submitting a complaint (for example, damaged goods), please first print and complete this complaint form. Complaints are governed, among other things, by our Complaints Policy.
- If you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please print and complete the form available here.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form to prevent any damage during transport, and contact us by email at eshop@svetcukraru.cz or call us on business days between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at +420 555 222 801.
We will send you a return shipping label by email. Attach it to the parcel and bring it to your nearest pickup point. You can find the list of pickup points here. Simply hand over the parcel with the attached label, and we will arrange transportation to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once we receive the goods (usually within one week), we will either send you replacement goods or refund the money to the bank account specified in the form you submitted.
