Preparation of cream fillings from Dr. Oetker is very simple, fast and guarantees perfect consistency and taste. Your cake will become even more delicious. Cream fillings from Dr. Oetker are firm when being cut. One packet is sufficient for a cake with a diameter of 26 cm.
Chocolate filling with its high content of cocoa has a delicate chocolate taste and contains even chocolate pieces! You can prepare the filling with milk only, it will be soft and not too caloric. If you want to prepare a traditional, butter filling, just add 125g of butter. The choice is yours.
Prepare a cream filling which is light and soft, or a traditional butter filling with chocolate taste enriched with chocolate flakes.
Packet contains: 65 g of mix for preparing filling, just add:
- 200 ml cold milk
- 2-3 tbsp icing sugar, alternatively 125 g soften butter
Take a tall dish and pout in 200 ml of cold milk and add 2-3 tbsp of icing sugar. Add the filling mix. Mix it with a blender at top speed for 4 minutes to thick cream mixture.
If you want to prepare a traditional butter filling, add 125 g of softened butter into the prepared light and soft filling cream mixture and beat for another 1/2 minute. The filling is ready to use instantly to fill cakes, Swiss rolls and other dessert pastry. Chill before serving. The cream filling can be used to spread on cakes under a covering paste or fondant.
INGREDIENTS: stabilizer (glucose syrup, palm-kernel oil, fully shortened palm-kernel oil, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, esters of mono and diglyceriedes of fatty acids with acetic acid), MILK PROTEIN, stabilizer (dipotassium phosphate), cocoa with reduced fat content, sugar, chocolate flakes 6.0 % (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa powder with reduced fat content, cocoa butter, emulsifier (lecithins), modified potato starch, edible gelatine, aroma (contains lactose), edible salt.
